Research On The Operating Efficiency Of 7 Business Departments In Guangxi Of Z Securities Company

With the reform and opening up,China's capital market has been developing rapidly.Securities companies sprang up all over the country and had a great improvement in quantity and scale.Securities companies are not only independent financial institutions,but also important forces of China's capital market.Majority of securities companies achieve their own development by relying on their securities business departments that scattered throughout the country.Securities business departments are cells of a securities company,which are the important channels of developing business and getting revenue.The development of securities business departments have experienced several stages,from profit-oriented but risk-ignored stage at the beginning,then to a prudent but revolutionary stage,and to a stage based on internet technique.In the year of 2015,Z securities company enjoyed a business bloom in Guangxi province.The more rapidly capital market develops,the more efficient operation of securities companies is required.Whether business departments of Z securities company in Guangxi can maintain a high quality living status depends greatly on their brokerage operation efficiency.The writer has been worked in Z securities company for several years,who has a good understand of overall operation status of Z Securities Company and the brokerage business situation of its business departments.By using Data Envelopment Analysis,the writer researched on 77 sample data,only to find out the respective operation efficiency of all 7 business departments in Guangxi of Z securities company.Inorder to find out the causes that lead to a low brokerage business efficiency of a business department,the writer also tries to analyze the efficiency level of each sample company.According to the results of empirical analysis,the writer puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the operational efficiency of brokerage business of securities company.
