The new commercial economy era will have its special mark,the competition between enterprises and enterprises becoming increasingly.If they won’t look forward to the future,just a corner,the enterprises are destined to be weeded out by the times.In such a situation,it is a sensible behavior that enterprises go abroad.However,as the dynamic and complexity of the environment become more and more obvious,the growth of internationalization of enterprises shows new features.The new historical background does not allow enterprises to rely on their internal resources and capabilities to pursue transnational development.Stable and extensive international relations network has become an important force to promote the growth of international enterprises.Building,promoting and maintaining the enterprise’s external relations network has become the best choice that more and more successful enterprises approach to the internationalization.In our country,the research about enterprise internationalization from the perspective of enterprise external relations network is still very little,there are many things need to do.Nowadays,some international research literatures are still in the basic stage of summarizing and commenting on the research results of western scholars.Domestic scholars need to forge ahead and explore the practical theory based on the actual situation of the internationalization level of Chinese enterprises.This study puts forward the research model of "enterprise external relationship network-knowledge absorptive capacity-enterprise internationalization performance" on the basis of systematically combing the research literature about enterprise internationalization,enterprise relationship network and knowledge absorptive capacity.Setting out from the three dimensions of the enterprise external relationship network,taking into account the capacity of knowledge to absorb the intermediary role,viewing international business enterprises as the research object.the questionnaire survey to obtain sample data,through the theory Such as SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0,to analyze and analyze the external relations network of enterprises through the positive influence on the enterprise’s performance,Knowledge absorptive capacity and promote the internationalization of enterprises to enhance the performance of the mechanism were discussed,the conclusions are:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between external network and international performance.The three dimensions of enterprise external relations network have the critical impact on corporate internationalization performance.Thus,in order to speed up the process of internationalization,enterprises must pay attention to constructing the relationship between domestic and foreign enterprises or organizations,The close,reliable,stable,and mutual trust relationship network is conducive to international performance improvement.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between knowledge absorptive capacity and international performance.In summary,the enterprise knowledge acquisition ability,knowledge digestion ability,the knowledge application ability play the vital role to strengthens the enterprise internationalization performance.(Namely enterprises may take advantage of the internal knowledge absorption capacity,and transform the knowledge from enterprises and organizations which at home or abroad,use them reasonably.Especially in the process of internationalization,the role of knowledge absorptive capacity is more prominent.(3)The network of enterprise external relations is closely related to the absorptive capacity of knowledge.To a large extent,building a good network of enterprise external relations is conducive to the improvement of knowledge absorptive capacity.As a result,the research on the hypothesis H1 can only be partially supported by empirical analysis,which further shows that knowledge application capability is a kind of ability in the enterprise,and they are closely related to the enterprise’s organizational perfection and maturity,but they have little relation with the structure dimension of external relation network.While the relation dimension and cognition dimension of the enterprise’s external relation network are significantly positively.To improve the level of knowledge absorptive capacity,it is necessary to construct mutual trust and mutual recognition with other enterprises or organizations and a network of reciprocal norms,common language and similar values.(4)The influence of external relations network on the internationalization performance of enterprises have two parts,one is a direct function between the two,the other is through the intermediary effect of knowledge absorptive capacity.Based on the above analysis,we can see that this hypothesis is partially supported by the empirical analysis of the hypothesis H4.And further shows that enterprises to internationalization,not only rely on external relations network,but also give full play to the role of enterprise knowledge absorption capacity,internal and external integration of enterprises to form a joint force,can better speed up the pace of enterprises going out.The road of Chinese enterprises "going out" is still long.Domestic enterprises should take the initiative to integrate into the local industrial network,cluster network and social relations network,and local enterprises,governments,research institutions,financial institutions,intermediaries and other organizations to establish a better relationship,which is fundamental to build an international business network and the global strategic network.While focusing on the external relations network,the enterprise itself should strengthen the importance about the knowledge of international knowledge,such as international advanced technology knowledge,management experience and market operation and other knowledge and experience.The enterprise should have a vision,not just a corner,to strengthen the recognition of new knowledge,absorption and digestion,as well as the application and innovation ability of the training,to acquire international experience and knowledge with an active attitude. |
