The Empirical Analysis And Strategy Of People-centered Urbanization Level In Tangshan City

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the issues of urbanization has been paid more and more attention by academic community.Also it has become a major concern of the government and society.The 18 th National Congress pointed out we should keep to the Chinese-style path of carrying out industrialization in a new way and advancing IT application,urbanization and agricultural modernization.We should promote integration of IT application and industrialization,interaction between industrialization and urbanization,and coordination between urbanization and agricultural modernization,thus promoting harmonized development of industrialization,IT application,urbanization and agricultural modernization.Study on the development of urbanization in the perspective of the development of the person requires that cities not only focus on the development,improvement and perfection of themselves,but also must proceed from the economic development of cities and follow the principle that putting people first which is the core idea of the development of new urbanization putting people first,rather than based on the achievements of urban construction.The keystone of promoting the new urbanization speed can only be putting people first,which is a deeper understanding of the essence of urbanization.In this study,the level of urbanization in Tangshan City is taken as the research object.Combined with the related theories of urbanization development,the countermeasures and suggestions on the urbanization of Tangshan City are put forward.The specific contents include: First of all,referring to the existing research results on the evaluation Index system of urbanization,combined with the actual situation of the development of Tangshan urbanization,we constructs a comprehensive Evaluation Index system of the human urbanization development level from four aspects including economic foundation,population development,social function and ecological environment.Secondly,through the improved entropy method,this paper empirically analyzes the level of Tangshan people's urbanization,and elaborates the deficiency of Tangshan people's urbanization according to the evaluation results.Finally,we put forward the suggestions to establish the development idea of people's urbanization with a focus on accelerating the transformation and upgrade of Tangshan industrial structure,promoting the transfer of agricultural population,improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and constructing a eco-friendly and livable city so as to further enhance the development of Tangshan people's urbanization.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the perspective of the development of human urbanization,combined with the actual situation of the development of Tangshan urbanization.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for evaluating Tangshan,and uses the improved entropy method to analyze the development level of Tangshan people's urbanization as well as putting forward suggestions for facilitating the construction of Tangshan people's urbanization which is of great significance to promote the process of urbanization and enrich the development connotation of urbanization in Tangshan.This research is helpful to guide the future development of urbanization thoughts.Tangshan must strive to build a well-structured urbanization,promote interaction between industrialization and urbanization,coordinate urban and rural development and deepen reform of the system which has certain significance to the Chinese urbanization development.
