Current Situation And Suggestions Of Farmer Workers Transfer Training In Tangshan

Issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers have always been the main problem that affects the development of the economic and society in our country, while, it is a key to provides farmers workers transfer training to improve the quality of workers and reduce the farmers. In 2008,the world economic crisis made the working situation harder and harder, a large number of migrant workers to return home for lack of skill which was a opportunity and challenge to transfer training. From this case, regionalist character of transfer training can be found, and thus enriches theories of farmers workers transfer training. The article is comprised by four chapters:The first chapter introduces the background of this thesis paper and the significance of the study. Introduces the purpose, main contents and research methods. By carding the research situation on the farmers workers transfer training from home and abroad, at the same times a series of key words and concept will be introduced.The second chapter focuses on the theory basis of this study e.g. Adult learning theory, Public goods theory, Public Management and the theory of Lifelong Education basing on the farmers workers transfer training.The third chapter, through questionnaire survey of 180 workers and interview with some administration departments, five aspects has been investigated , the degree of the labor force, training organizations, administration department, the employing unit and training result.The fourth chapter, according to the current situation of farmer workers transfer training in Tangshan, some suggestions from four aspects can be made."tries to cultivate farmer workers cultural quality and change their traditional mind", "for training effectiveness, training organizations must improve the training function "."Administration department must change its functions to play the role of a bridge and link".
