Study Of The Development Of Cold Chain Logistics Of Agricultural Products In Tangshan Of Hebei

There are numerous varieties of fresh agricultural products,and different products have different requirements of temperature and humidity,meanwhile,fresh agricultural products have the characteristics of relatively large transport quantity,relatively low value,perishability and easy-deteriorating,hence,in order to ensure the quality safety of agricultural products and prolong their expiration date,the logistics transport of fresh agricultural products is required to possess strong timeliness,efficient temperature control and related cold chain facilities.It can be said that cold chain logistics of agricultural products has exerted a significant impact on the development of regional rural economy and the living quality of urban residents,and it is an important link for agricultural products from place of origin to sales places,and ensures the circulation quality.The analysis and prediction on cold chain logistics needs of regional agricultural products can avoid excessive or insufficient supply capacity of cold chain logistics and help guide investors to make rational investment and planning.Besides,the analysis and prediction is of crucial significance for accelerating the development of cold chain logistics of regional agricultural products,making the products adapt to the living consuming needs of urban and rural residents,reducing product losses and lowering circulation cost.This study is based on the central city Tangshan around Bohai Gulf area,which is a city of Hebei.Firstly,the concept of cold chain logistics of agricultural products is expatiated,and then the supply and demand condition of market in Tangshan is analyzed and predicted.On the basis of an aggregate analysis of the geography,economy,culture and transportation of Tangshan,combined with the development status of the local cold chain logistics industry,suggestions are put forward on the future development of cold chain logistics in Tangshan of Hebei.Based on practical investigation,through the analysis of urban inhabitant income and consumption situation in Tangshan over the recent ten years,four major varieties of agricultural products related to cold chain in Tangshan are determined,namely,vegetables and vegetable products,meat and poultry and their products,aquatic products and eggs and milk and their products.In addition,related historical statistical data from Tangshan economic and social development statistical bulletins and statistical yearbooks is taken as the prediction basis.Furthermore,grey model is established respectively on the above four varieties of agricultural products,so as to predict the product output in next few years,carry out corresponding residual examination and analysis of prediction results,and further clarify the necessity of cold chain logistics construction in Tangshan as well as the broad prospect of future development.Then,field research on the development status of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Tangshan is carried out.On the basis of learning from foreign advanced experience,specific to the development situation of local cold chain logistics industry for agricultural products in Tangshan and the existing problems,suggestions are put forward from multiple angles of the government,resources,economy and talents,hoping to contribute to the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Tangshan of Hebei.
