A Comparative Study On The Model Of Poverty Alleviation Through Rural Tourism In Chongqing Fuling District

Currently poverty alleviation has risen to a national strategy.In accordance with the Chongqing municipal government's overall plan,in 2015 Chongqing is to alleviate Fuling and Tongnan District out of poverty,including 808 poverty-strickenvillage,953,000 people.In near six months,Fuling District did its utmost and has achieved a huge success..The study found that its success of poverty alleviation is closely linked to the rural tourism development.By using the theory of community participation,stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory,and also using comparative analysis method as the basic research method,and the sociological investigation method and SPSS software analysis,the paper takes Chongqing Fuling District as the research area,selects two of the region's representative rural tourism precision poverty alleviation model for a systematic study.On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research,this paper constructs a performance evaluation system of the rural poverty alleviation model,and with literature combing,field investigation and data analysis,it takes the two rural tourism precision poverty alleviation models in Fuling District to an allround comparison,which leads to the findings that lack of autonomy consciousness,maleducation,the impact of folk customs and natural ecological stress etc,are the five main problems,hence,puts forward the countermeasures of raising local's autonomy awareness,the implementation of personnel projects,promoting agricultural reform and management.Through this comparison,this paper makes contributions to explore and optimize the rural tourism precision poverty alleviation model asl well as to provide a reference to other regions in the implementation of rural tourism precision poverty alleviation.
