Research On Evaluation Of Sustainable Use Of Cultivated Land In Henan Province

Cultivated land is the foundation of the national as a valuable resource and it has an important impact on the sustainable development of agriculture.China has many social contradictions in transformation period which reflected on cultivated land.With the economic development,the construction occupied a large number of arable land.China has a great of population and arable land has the characteristic of non-renewable,so the contradictions between people and land became more and more prominent.In addition,cultivated land also has a great impact on food security which has a direct relationship with economic development,social stability,national independence.Food is the top priority of the people's livelihood.In recent years,China's arable land is facing a series of problems,such as soil erosion,desertification caused by natural disasters.Some problems caused by the expansion of human activities and have repercussions on ecological environment.China's arable land utilization mode is extensive and fertilization technology is also relatively backward.In order to save time,labor costs,the farmers will choose fertilization,spraying which led to soil hardening,nutrient imbalance and the other problems that reduce the quality of cultivated land.Cultivated land,as the basis for human survival and development,has important functions such as purifying air,regulating climate and maintaining biodiversity,in addition to providing the necessary material needs for humankind.The change of the quantity and quality of cultivated land will have a certain impact on human society.Henan Province with a large population and agricultural is the main industry,the contradiction between people and land isparticularly prominent.Henan's economic development is inseparable from agriculture so its sustainability in the future becomes critical.This paper selects the triangular model to evaluate the sustainability of the cultivated land in Henan Province from the aspects of economic feasibility,non-social acceptability and non-resource environment rationality.Finally,the paper analyzes the limiting degree and finds out the specific factors that affect the sustainable development of cultivated land,and puts forward some suggestions.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The number of cultivated land in Henan Province has undergone a change of decrease-growth-a stable stage.The number of cultivated land has increased rapidly since 2000,and the number has remained stable since 2009.Hebi,Xinxiang,Xuchang,Nanyang,Xinyang,Zhumadian with a bigger change rate of cultivated land and Sanmenxia,Pingdingshan,Zhengzhou with a smaller change rate.From the crop yield analysis cultivated land quality in Henan Province,the farmland in Jiaozuo,Anyang,Shangqiu,Hebi,Zhoukou,Zhumadian,Xinxiang with a better quality while the farmland in Sanmenxia,Pingdingshan,Luoyang with a poor quality.(2)The sustainable level of cultivated land in Henan Province from 1990 to 2014 has experienced poor sustainability,weak sustainability and sustainability.The first stage is from 1990 to 2002.The second stage is from 2003 to 2010.The third stage is from 2011 to 2014.,The sustainable use level of cultivated land in Henan Province is became higher.The economic feasibility index increased indicating that indicators in it on the direction of development.The non-social acceptability indicators decreased year by year,indicating that social acceptability is growing.The resource and environment rationality indexShowing the trend of rising waves,indicating that the indicators in it on the unsustainable direction of development.This is related to a series of factors such as the increasing use of chemical fertilizers,pesticides,agricultural plastic films.(3)The results of the obstacle analysis shows that the proportion of the primary industry,the average per person GDP,the urbanization rate,the per capita net income of rural households and the natural population growth rate are the main factors affecting the sustainable use of cultivated land in Henan Province.After 2011,the impact of agricultural plastic film mulch,soil erosion control area and other factors increased gradually.Concrete suggestions are as follows: developing precision agriculture,fertilizing more scientific,improving the ecological environment of cultivated land;protecting the number of cultivated land to ease the contradictions between human and land;planning urban and rural development more reasonable;promoting soil and water conservation work,strengthen the management of medium-low yield fields,reform and improve the rural land system.
