The Research On Cluster Logistics System Optimization Of Gardening Industry In Yan Ling He Nan

Yanling has been a big county for planting flowers and trees since ancient times.It is called "the first county of Chinese flowers and trees".With the continuous development of reform and opening up and social economy,the demand of flowers and trees products for residents is increasing constantly,and the scale of Yanling flowers and trees industrial clusters is expanding rapidly.By 2016,the annual output value of flowers and trees industry reached 6 billion 800 million yuan,which directly led to the employment of nearly one third of the population in the county,and became an economic pillar industry in Yanling.While the flower and tree industry is booming,the development speed of logistics system of Yanling flower industry cluster is relatively slow,which restricts the overall development of Yanling flower and tree industry.This paper introduces the current situation of the logistics system development of Yanling flowers industry cluster in Henan Province,analyzes the existing problems and the restrains in the logistics system of Yanling flower industry cluster and puts forward suggestions of optimizing the logistics system of Yanling flowers industry cluster.First of all,the paper summarizes the related theories of agricultural products logistics,industrial clusters,flowers and trees logistics,and finds that the domestic and foreign research on the logistics of agricultural products is relatively large.However,few researchers have carried out a thorough analysis of the logistics system of the flower and tree industry cluster in particular area from the aspects of the logistics subject,process,logistics function factors.Secondly,based on related literature review,the paper carries on the theoretical analysis to the flower and tree industry cluster logistics system,which mainly analyzes the status of flower and tree logistics system in the cluster,its functional factors,material factors as well as the composition,main factors and circulation channels of the flower and tree logistics system.Third,the development environment of the logistics system of Yanling flower and tree industry cluster is analyzed.It mainly analyzes the production and management,the development process and policy environment of flowers and trees cluster,and divides the way of flowers and trees industrial clusters through different angles.Fourth,the paper analyzes the main problems of Yanling flower industry cluster logistics system.Its problems are mainly reflected as growth deficiency in logistics organization,unsmooth connection between each logistics link,imperfect logistics park functions,backward logistics equipment level and logistics facility.The main reasons for the arising of these problems are that producers of flowers and trees have low concentration ratio,the investment costs of logistics equipment are high,logistics demand has the characteristic of periodical fluctuation,logistics talents are far from enough,and logistics policy still remains to be improved.At last,suggestions about the optimization of the industrial trunking system of flowers and trees in Yanling are put forward.It mainly include the optimization of logistics organization structure,the optimization of logistics park,the optimization of logistics information platform,the optimization of logistics circulation channel and infrastructure,the support of logistics policy and talent cultivation.
