| Science and technology are the primary productive forces,and it is also an important driving force for change of the era and social development.In a variety of science and technology to promote social progress,the influences of Internet + technology on modern human life are more prominent,which gradually becomes the source of all walks of life change and innovation.At present,the rapid development of China's civil aviation industry,which causes the passengers surge.The original airports and airlines services supply models have been unable to meet the passenger dynamic strong,personalized full service needs.It became a hot issues of common concern of the academic and civil aviation managers that how to apply the Internet+ technology to offer passengers services and meet the growing needs of passengers.This paper is based on Supply Side reform theory,Internet + theory,customer satisfaction degrees theory,and process recycling theory for theory,which apply literature method,empirical analysis method,system method and research method to upgrade the overall level of civil aviation passenger service as a research point to build "airport serving diverse networkSupply model" as the core,through internal mechanism analysis and empirical study is aimed at providing our civil aviation airport and the innovative ideas for reform guidelines and guidance.Thesis research work and innovations are as follows:(1)Clarify the essence of airport passenger service and feature elements.It applies the Internet + technology,information technology,big data and artificial intelligence techniques as the basis,Internet + technology,information technology,data and technique by means of artificial intelligence as the basis,the system integrates "supply side" theory,the theory of public goods and process re-engineering theory to build the basis of airport passenger service theoretical framework.In addition,it has provided both systemic destination of domestic and oversea the airport passenger service supply mode of development and successful experience.(2)It has constructed the airport passenger service integrated theoretical framework of pluralistic network supply.It explains the core characteristics of multiple net supply of passenger services: buffet and means the process of diversification,networking,which bases on system analysis airport passenger service supply subject relationship and service supply process.The further discussion has faced difficulties of multiple supply of network services implementation,which enhanced supply wishes,increased supply capacity and reduced trading cost form three dimensions and building integrated theory analysis framework of airport passenger service supply improvement.(3)It takes Xinqiao airport as target to research Internet + technology impact on Civil Aviation passenger services.Empirical results show that it has positive effects for the airport serving diverse NET based on Internet + technology supply models for expanding the coverage of civil aviation passenger service and service efficiency improvement.In addition,the individual self-help supply capacity of passenger service at the airport as a whole have a significant positive impact.(4)Based on theory and empirical of research results,around airport passenger service supply of subject diversified,process self of and pathway network three core features,this paper devotes to upgrade supply capacity from increased technology improved efforts,promote passenger self-service of wishes,which enhance the overall supply power through focusing on technology innovation,expanded airport passenger service supply of background data analysis and support capacity,reduced information search time.It presented our civil aviation airport and level of countermeasure and suggestion from the three aspects: Perfect system specifications,built real time feedback systems and set the whole process of passenger services' supplement supervision,protect multiple network supply mode of the healthy and orderly development. |
