Since the late 1960 s,the world's great changes have taken place in the economic environment,enterprise is facing the era full of opportunities and challenges.Especially based from cost competitive advantage and scale off to quality,from the speed and time off to flexible and customer value,the traditional management mode already cannot satisfy the request of the ages.In today's dynamic competition,how to alert the capture or cope with environmental changes brought about by the every opportunity and challenge,is vital for the success or failure of enterprise competition.Flexible,by contrast,is as powerful weapon of enterprise dealing with uncertainty environment,is increasingly becoming the key of enterprise competitive advantage in dynamic environment is indispensable constituent,and gradually a significant impact on other aspects of competitive advantage,get extensive attention from the theoretic and industry realms at home and abroad,has been more and more scholars,begin to pay close attention to the flexible problems from different areas,have launched the research of flexible,and further develop the concept of flexible.The essay focuses on the analysis of the flexible strategy.Environmental changes and requirements of the flexible strategy focus evolution which leads to the currently focused on flexible organization.Through the comparison with traditional organization,its characteristic application of commonly used qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and parameters,analysis determine an organization's flexibility is good or bad,and it is concluded that the flexible good or the parameters of the need to continuously improve.In this paper,from the causes of the flexible organization to organize the general process of flexible evaluation and rules,summed up the characteristics of the flexible organization as well as some parameters affect organizational organizational f1 exibility.For the establishment and development of new flexible organization and flexible improvement and optimization provides basis and direction of the evaluation method.Using the methods of AHP method to distinguish the different importance of the various factors that affect organizational flexibility.First to collect various industries by means of questionnaires,different enterprises of different factors affecting the organizational flexibility of importance of data,in order to ensure the stability of the data and equivalence,we on the same object or the same class object will transform way to ask questions,problems at the same time,reasonable arrangement of respondents distribution industry,occupation,age and character,etc.,to ensure the data reasonable and reliable.Then the first five compared two judgment matrix and the parameters,and then respectively on the parameters of the parameters on the higher levels of the importance of comparing two judgment matrix are obtained.Matrix to each product,and the result o n root,normalization and sort at the same time,the highest level which weights are obtained and which secondary parameters to level the highest weight.Data to evaluate organizational flexibility of incidence of the flexible parameter is also affect organization,the need to use comments sets and membership functions,using five grade is very good to the poor.
