With the basic completion of China Railway large capacity channel network,The coal transport capacity to be fully released,However,due to the economic restructuring and the economic downturn caused by the financial turmoil,coal demand is inhibited to a certain extent.In this environment,how to reduce coal transportation costs,improve transport efficiency,promote coal transportation from extensive mode to high efficiency and fine development of the operation mode has become the key enterprises to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the market.Coal transportation involves many companies,such as coal mine,railway,port and shipping,its circulation efficiency is not only related to each company’s own management ability,but also with the good connection of production,transportation and demand.Collaborative transportation is based on the theory of synergy,through the construction of collaborative transport system,collaborative transportation brings the core competencies of different enterprises together.From an efficient and reasonable point of view,this paper considers the stakeholders of coal transportation as an integral part of the whole coal transportation system.In considering the basis of synergies up,this article carries on the transportation organization optimization design to achieve the maximum benefit of coal transport and provide a new way to enhance the core competitiveness and operating efficiency.On the basis of combing relevant literature and theory,the paper analyzes the supply and demand of coal transportation,and the applicable conditions and characteristics of common transportation organization scheme of coal are compared.This paper studies the composition of the coal transportation system,defines the components of the coordinated transport system,mode of transport,summed up the characteristics of the system.This paper analyzes the complex relationship among the participants,and designs the collaborative transport mechanism from the four aspects of contract,utility transfer,benefit distribution and information platform.Collaborative Transportation in order to maximize the overall efficiency of paper into the specific transport costs,transport time and transport optimization of reliability.After determining optimization goals,analyze synergies transport factors,taking into account the degree of realization of the model can be built,proposed the idea to build optimization model from a cost and time to two dimensions.Then make basic assumptions explicit mathematical model and the triangular fuzzy function model clarity.Finally,practical examples using Matlab platform optimized for specific collaborative coal transport modeling analysis,given the set of paths to optimize collaborative mode of transport to meet the transport needs under different optimization.
