Shaanxi Province, The Coal Industry Transport And Logistics System Optimization Study

Coal consumption is a major component of the energy consumption of china and the dominant position of it is still difficult to be changed in the near future. However, the backwardness of current coal logistics system impact serious on the effective docking of coal production and sales. All of this is conducive to the inefficient allocation of coal resources. Using the existing transport facilities to build a modern coal logistics system, and break the transport capability bottleneck in coal logistics is extremely critical. Building a modern coal logistics system, not only to meet the increasing energy need for the development of economy and society, but also improve the overall efficiency of the coal industry,,has become an objective need and an inevitable trend.The coal industry, a traditional pillar industry of Shaanxi Province, plays an important role in local economy. However, due to the backward economy and society of shaanxi leading to inadequate investment, and the auspices of the idea "smell but completely" during the time of planned economy, resulting in technologically lowclass and fragmented configuration of Shaanxi coal logistics system. The backwardness of the coal logistics system prevented Shaanxi coal industry from rapid development. Therefore, building a modern coal logistics system to adapt to the economy development and enhance the competitiveness of coal enterprises is a preferential work of Shaanxi provincial government.This paper, base on the national and provincial time series data about coal production and sales, uses the regression analysis model to predict the annual quantity of coal production and demand during 2009-2020, this both include the shaanxi province and the nation. The result reveals that Shaanxi coal logistics system will face a tremendous short of transportation capacity, this will be a bottleneck of the development of coal enterprises in Shaanxi. According to this problem of Shanxi coal industry, optimize the existing resources of coal logistics system and boost the modernization of logistics system.Subsequently, apply the theory of industry growth, overview the factors that affect the growth of the transport logistics from the angle of system dynamics, provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of logistics system. Finally, this paper based on the analysis of the study, put forward that incorporately and scientifically planning of the construction stratagem of the coal logistics system and improving the degree of informatization to increase the capacity of coal logistics, reduce the logistics costs and solve the problems of development in Shaanxi coal economy. In the end of this paper, discusses the practical methods and measures that construct the rail transport logistics, road transport logistics, transport logistics information platform.
