As Chinese economy restructuring on escalation of consumption needs and the increasing of people's incomes and paying capacity.There are big changes of consumption concept.Larger people are tend to excessive and credit consumption.Chinese financial market is changing very fast.The internet consumer finance market come out and many big internet companies have entered this field to occupy market share.Internet consumer finance get interests of people among those based on e-commerce platform.This new way is not only used on internet,but also on offline filed,such as traveling and renting.Chinese people are enjoying convenient life.But it is very difficult to regulate because the new way based on internet and finance,which both of them have huge risk.So,this paper select AB e-commerce company with the reason of its representation.Researching on its risk in e-commerce business and proposing some pertinent comments.At the beginning of this paper I will make a introduction of internet consumer finance in china,based on history and market scale.Then I make a compare with traditional consumer finance and internet consumer finance.Extending to a contrast of four different internet consumer finance platform to introduce development status.After that is a report of AB internet consumer finance current situation.Focus on the advancement,features and operation mode of AB'S production.Analysis about AB's risk management in all aspects.Qualitative analysis about AB's risk business is on the third place,make a result of general and special risks,use analytical hierarchy process to establish risk assessment system and analysis on those risk indicator to makeweight distribution and a brief analysis.In the end basing on the inspiration of previous case study,link with four part of network security regulation,credit management and operation to give some suggestions about the way of controlling internet commerce risk.
