Study On The Optimization Of The Kaifeng Tourism Industrial Structure

Kaifeng is one of the cities in CPER and the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,also one of the three important tourism cities along the Yellow River.Long story and deep accumulation of culture make Kaifeng a good tourist city.The unique culture of northern Song Dynasty and chrysanthemum made Kaifeng a tourist city which has a deep impact in Henan province,even all over the country.Tourism have begun to have shape in Kaifeng after over 30 years of development,making Kaifeng occupied the important position in Henan province.But Kaifeng tourist faces the predicament of prosperous people with unprosperous revenue,its total tourist revenue and per capita consumption did not have the same speed of growth,presented very low status.Unreasonable structure and discordant development in the tourist industry are two main reasons when we investigate the reason.Reasonable structure is a inevitable factor in the steadily and efficient development of tourism,so the structure must be optimized.Firstly,I point out the signification and the value of reforming after elaborating globalization as the development background of tourist industry.A review of the related research literatures provides the theory and methodology,especially the good foundations from grey relational analysis for my study.Secondly,I analyze the problems in Kaifeng tourism from production factors: Capital,labor,innovation and the government.The form of the tourism is few although it has large tourism resource.There is unbalanced development among scenic spots and they do not cooperate so that there is not scale merit in tourism.Three problems of labor are the lack of total quantity,labor turnover and structure disequilibrium.According to innovation,the industry chain is short,propaganda is not enough.As regards to the government,lack of effective measures for the management and multiple management hinder the development of tourism.I analyze Kaifeng tourist industry structure by using grey relational analysis and try to find the reason.At last of this paper,I proposed policy improving measures based on the structure problems of Kaifeng tourist: Balancing urban and rural integration reform,promoting the reform of system,simplifying the government functions,innovating the mode of the tourism economy and improving infrastructure of tourist.Kaifeng should develop diversified tourism mode based on taking advantage of its own Song culture,and seize the multiple develop opportunities which contains Zhengzhou-Kaifeng integration,Zhengzhou-Kaifeng-Luoyang free trade area,the new silk road and the build of Zhengzhou Airport area.To build an international tourist city,increasing the ability of earning revenue at home and abroad.
