Land resource is the foundation of people's survival and development,and also is the premise of ensuring grain production,industrial economic development,ecological environment protection and urban planning and construction.In the stage of development of township enterprises,industrial development zones,industrial agglomeration areas are superior to other industrial areas in the degree of spatial agglomeration,capital concentration and cost optimization.However,the agglomeration effect and expect to achieve economies of scale has not yet reached the expected value.There are some problems,such as poor efficiency in the land use,idle land,and the repeated construction of similar functional areas.In view of this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to effectively develop the unused land of the gathering area,make an inventory of the stock of land,improve the utilization efficiency,limit the blind expansion,protect the cultivated land,and promote the intensive use of land.Evaluation of intensive use are closely linked with the city's industrial agglomeration area of land,which has become the focus of the current study.This paper summed up the lessons in the domestic and foreign research results,as the industrial location theory,spatial economic theory,Krugman Perroux's growth pole theory and the law of diminishing land returns the theory basis,selecting Bianxi industrial agglomeration area as the research object.By the traditional land intensive industrial zone based on the evaluation index system,environmental status indicators,combining with the characteristics of agglomeration of intensive land use in Bianxi industrial agglomeration area,is added in the evaluation index system.Combining the analysis of field research and image collection,from Bianxi industrial agglomeration area's inception(2007)to 2015 data of land utilization is collected,by using the maximum entropy method to obtain the weight of each index,and then putting the numerical normalized into the multi factor comprehensive evaluation model for reaching the results.The multiple regression model was used in analyzing of influencing factors of land intensive utilization of Bianxi industrial agglomeration area,and influencing factors of land intensive utilization was analyzing further.This paper studies the level of awareness of the industrial agglomeration area of land intensive use,and exploring the influence of industrial agglomeration factors of intensive land use,acceleratingindustrial agglomeration area land intensive process,have great significance to improve the efficiency of land intensive use.The results show that:(1)Kaifeng City Bianxi industrial agglomeration level of intensive land use has shown a steady upward trend,the intensity of land use,despite a slight decline in 2010,but the volatility is not,from the inception of the gathering area(2007)0.193 in 2015 rose to 0.917,which belongs to the land intensive use.(2)The land supply rate,the building density,the comprehensive volume rate and the wastewater discharge standard rate had influence on Bianxi land intensive.(3)The sustainable utilization of land increased from 0.4349 in 2007 to 0.5219 in 2015.At the beginning of its establishment,it was "lower",and the others belonged to "medium" level.(4)The coefficient of coordination between land intensive degree and land sustainable utilization degree is 0.722,and they have greater consistency.The coefficient of synergy is significant by chi square test.Putting forward the following suggestions:(1)Optimizing the layout pattern and improving the efficiency of land use.(2)Starting from the existing land,make use of the existing inefficient land.(3)The location of the gathering area is accurate and the dominant industry is clear.(4)The implementation of rewards and punishments measures to protect the ecological environment of the gathering area have to be followed.
