In Situ Urbanization :the Research Of Policy?Pattern And Limitation

The continuous development of society put forward higher requirement of the times for the process of urbanization in China,The original urbanization policy,model and limit has been difficult to meet the needs of the times,The party and the government put forward the new urbanization way as early as eighteen,It also shows that at this stage of urbanization must improve the ways and means,we need another way.In recent years,some scholars put forward the "in situ urbanization,which is a new path of urbanization development,the new development concept not only fundamentally break the traditional urban-rural dual structure theory analysis framework,and research related to this new concept also opens the re exploration of the new path of urbanization development,more and more scholars will shift attention to the discussion of urbanization in rural areas,which constitute the theoretical background is presented in this paper;in addition in recent years in situ urbanization road of society has been widely recognized as a new way of the construction of new towns,a road.This paper chooses Wang Tuan Town,Weihai City,Shandong province harbor district as the research object,mainly based on advancing local urbanization since,from the overall layout to overall industrial development,infrastructure integration,development and construction of cities and towns,urban and rural public service and guarantee mechanism of equalization development,a part of each are listed in the clear implementation path,in order to build a scientific and effective system of towns and industrial system,the quality of the level of basic public services and infrastructure have achieved significantly improved,construction of new rural community has made long-term development,said Wang Tuan Town of in situ urbanization process has a very strong representation.This paper examines Wang Tuan Town in situ urbanization since 2013 years of development and evolution,and strive to put forward effective suggestions and measures for Wang Tuan Zhen in situ urbanization construction,also on the basis of this case study,for our country promote in situ urbanization policies,patterns and limits to give reasonable suggestions.This paper mainly includes the following parts: one is about the local urbanization learning literature summary,including the local urbanization concept,development history,theory and main mode;two is to study the whole process of Wang Tuan Town in situ urbanization,analyzed main approach Wang Tuan Town in situ urbanization,for the study of various the problems about how to formulate feasible solutions;the three is to refine Wang Tuan Town in situ urbanization road,extract of Wang Tuan Town(local government leading model-interactive city-life communion mode,policy development,and relates to the unfolded surface generally can limit consideration)reference.
