Economic Evaluation On Construction Project Of M System Security Simulation Platform

With the rapid development of economy in China,the usage of computer and network gains great popularity.At present,none of the enterprises,institutions or government departments is able to handle their daily work without computers.However,the number of events caused by sensitive data leakage in enterprises and public institutions is also gradually increasing.Statistics shows that most of the data leakage events generate from internal threats rather than conventional external attacks.In recent years,safety awareness of Chinese enterprise information system users is generally improved,especially the businesses with high degree of informatization,such as financial,telecommunication,civil aviation and manufacturing.For the reason that the investment of software and informatization platform project has the feasibilities of big bid and high risk,the economic and efficiency evaluation and analysis of the project before investment has a significant impact on reducing the investment risk.This paper discusses and researches the background,purpose and significance of construction M system simulation platform.In order to provide comprehensive and objective information for the evaluation of economic benefit,the M system security simulation project’ s construction content,organization structure,service mode and market analysis are introduced.Project investment estimation,fund raising,revenue and cost are carried on the estimate,providing basic data for economic evaluation.Project financial evaluation and sensitivity analysis are analyzed,and payback period of investment,project financial net present value and internal rate of return are forecast.In the end,the project economic efficiency evaluation index system is build with financial,risk and market as indexes,and project economic benefit was evaluated and analyzed using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation results indicate that the economic evaluation method the paper adopts has a fairly good economic and practical feasibility.
