It is more than twenty years to achieve whole function to access the Internet for China.These twenty years, China's Internet infrastructure construction level, and all kinds of Internet based resource quantity have been into the international advanced level. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the demand for Internet application services in all walks of life are gradually expanding,this is a very good opportunity for the Internet application service industry. S company as a member of the industry, but in such circumstances entered the development platform, what's cause the development stagnant of the S company? How many problems of marketing activities does S company have for now? What marketing strategy should be formulated so that S company could seize the opportunity? These problem need to solve as soon as possible for S company.This article use S company's marketing status as the breakthrough point, first of all,analysis the enterprise organization structure and marketing performance, find out the main problems and causes, then respectively using the method of PEST analysis and porter five model further analyze the macro environment and micro environment, and use the SWOT comprehensive analysis S company's interconnection has carried on the comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, finally on the basis of the above analysis results,using the STP theory for S company to market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning, make S company connected in line with the present situation of its marketing formulated the new marketing strategy and implementation plan, and planning the strategic implementation safeguard measures for this purpose. Wish this article could provide certain reference for the long-term development of S company.
