With the development of Internet technology and the rapid popularization of e-commerce,market competition has entered a new environment,and all walks of life have explored new marketing strategies against the background of the internet.The display industry has experienced 20 years of rapid development.Since the beginning of the 20 th century,with the improvement of China's economic level,the improvement of network infrastructure,consumption patterns and demand have undergone qualitative changes.Traditional marketing model has been difficult to meet the development needs of enterprises,we must explore new marketing strategies in the context of the Internet era.In this study,the marketing strategy of LG display is studied by using literature research,qualitative analysis,case analysis and so on.This paper argues that the existing problems of marketing strategy in the context of the Internet include that the product system can not meet the requirements of different marketing channels,the products with different positioning lack price competitiveness,the unbalanced proportion of channel operation,and the related investment and mode of promotion activities can not achieve the desired results.In view of the above problems,this paper uses 4P marketing theory as the basis to conduct in-depth analysis of the macro environment,industry environment and competitors,to clarify the enterprise's environment and find new market opportunities.Secondly,according to the characteristics of Internet marketing,we should reposition and upgrade products,improve prices by relying on Internet consumption mode,balance online and offline sales channels,and use the Internet to carry out promotional activities to expand influence.In addition,through the flattening of organizational structure,training network marketing service personnel,building and improving the management system as a safeguard measure,help LG display new marketing strategy change.Through this study,it can effectively enhance the competitiveness of LG display industry,help enterprises find new market opportunities and profit promotion points,and help the healthy development of the display industry.With the help of the research on the marketing mix strategy change of LG display products under the background of internet,display manufacturers can objectively analyze the development status of the industry,reposition,change marketing concepts,seize the development opportunities of the times,in order to improve their competitiveness and industry management level.
