The Study For Enterprise Information Evaluation

Nowadays,along with the changes in the competitive environment for enterprises and the rapid development of information technology,the requirement of enterprises ' survival and development makes the demand for informatization grow bigger and bigger.In the growth of the national economic construction,informatization plays a vitaler role than before.With the sustainable development of informatization construction,enterprise pay closer attention to the informatization evaluation level and the achievement problems of inforrmatization.However,there is no consensus reached both at home and abroad as to the evaluation for enterprises informatization and the enterprise evaluation acquired by the informatization.The process of the enterprise informatization evaluation,on the one hand,is the comprehensive evaluation for its whole process,as well as overhauling the current situation of the enterprise.And compared with the goal of enterprise,the evaluation can find out the problems and gaps existing in the implementation process;On the other hand,we can study the problems produced in the process of information construction for enterprises,and sum up experience and lessons,thus clear our direction and avoid unnecessary risks and issues;Combined with the new situation,according to and we should adjust to the new environment and new business of the enterprises.So the research on the evaluation of enterprise informatization value is of great importance.Based on the analysis of the research of informatization evaluation both at home and abroad,this paper put forward the index system and model for informatization level evaluation,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the index and weight;Also this paper puts forward the index system and model for informatization value evaluation.Associating this two grade levels,we can obtain the calculation method for comprehensive information value;Finally by using the method to analyze an energy enterprise practically,the enterprise information evaluation results are obtained.Considering the evaluation method,this paper is based on the principle of combining quality and quantity,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system,and link the i level evaluation with the value evaluation of infonnatization,thus good effects will be obtained in the benefit evaluation.The enterprise informatization evaluation is a constantly developing research topic.Besides,we need to probe into the improvement in index system and the optimization in evaluating structures and methods in the future research.
