Along with the development of Chinese market economy and the reform,the competition faced by companies is increasingly fierce,which requires the enterprise not only should have a unique competitive advantage in the relevant industry area,but also have the advantage in the enterprise talented person's competition.As industrial 4.0 is put forward,and the upsurge of popular entrepreneurship and innovation have played a role in promoting the development of intellectual property industry.For an intellectual property services company,is the human cost is its most important cost,so set up a good internal training system is the basic of stable talented person team,and is also fully showed the firms' competitive advantage.In this paper,based on the guidance of cognitive theory,social learning theory,expectancy theory,adult learning theory and so on,the integrated use of literature review,data collection and analysis method of the research methods,to research the situation of training system of SG company.Aiming at some problems in the internal training system of SG company,this article provides a better one,mainly from the hierarchical classification by training personnel,internal mentor level classification and the relevant rewards and punishment system,the internal and external teacher resources reasonable collocation,office staff training system and training cost optimization,so that SG company could resolve the existing problems and enhance staff ability.Furthermore,improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging at the same time,to ensure the company's talent competition advantage,and make the company develop healthily and rapidly.On the other hand,there is no unified standard training system in the industry,if it can solve these problems of SG company,which also a common problems of the industry,it will bring some more scientific and optimization scheme to improve the internal training and service quality of the whole industry,thus to improve the development of the industry.I work in SG company,is the leader of one office,so I am familiar with the situation about the entire training system,deeply aware of the problems of the internal training system,thus this research topic is established.However,due to the limited research time and my capacity,and the solutions in the actual implementation process also need to correct,so we still need to continue to improve the follow up.
