The main raw material prices and other enterprises have been in the low profit and loss.In addition,foreign companies with its advanced technology and strong financial strength,in Chinese power equipment market in succession,not only in the products to seize the domestic power equipment market share,but also to achieve the combination of mergers in the world in the organizational structure,the increasingly fierce competition of the market.At the same time,unreasonable product mix will also cause waste of resources.Therefore,it is very important for a company to build a product portfolio that has a competitive advantage in the future.Product portfolio optimization is based on considering many factors of customer needs,corporate strategic goals,scientific decision-making,its purpose is to reasonable collocation optimal product portfolio and the amount of the limited resources to meet the strategic products,so that enterprises gain the competitive advantage.In this paper,CN company's current product portfolio,for example,based on customer needs,with the strategic objectives of the company,combined with FAHP and GE matrix of product portfolio optimization problems were analyzed and studied.The main contents of this paper are listed below:1.Introduces the development of domestic and foreign portfolio optimization problems and research status and,and summarizes the theory of portfolio optimization and optimization method,which established a theoretical foundation for the optimization of CN products.2.Based on customer demand evaluation analysis of product selection 3.With the company's strategic objectives as the guide,combined with FAHP and GE matrix for the existing products of CN company.Through the analytic hierarchy process,the customer requirements of the circuit breaker can be identified effectively,and the degree of the customer satisfaction can be evaluated by the fuzzy evaluation method.Then according to the matrix fuzzy evaluation method,the matching degree of each company's strategic target of CN is calculated.
