In recent years, along with the economic globalization and the rapid development of network technology, rapidly changing business environment faced by enterprises, has become the main features of dynamic. In order to better cope with the complex business environment, a new form of organization--virtual enterprises emerge as the times require, academic circles at home and abroad have been accurate definition of the virtual enterprise is ceaseless and perfect, at the same time, the problem of strategic management in virtual enterprises also continue to explore, constantly updating strategy of epistemic logic enables organizations to present within the complex dynamic phenomenon, and inspire the study from the key influence factors of exploring the strategic selection of the virtual enterprise to analyze the strategic selection of virtual enterprise.Firstly, based on the concept of virtual enterprise theory, review the traditional entity enterprise strategic choice on the change of strategy, the selection of virtual enterprise and virtual enterprise strategic structure is analyzed, at the same time, the strategic choice of virtual enterprise, the implementation steps are summarized, is conducive to the effective strategic analysis, strategic matching and the strategic decision based on the strategic structure of virtual enterprise, this paper focuses on the strategic analysis, to explore the key influence factors of strategic selection of virtual enterprise.
