| It is increasingly close with our country and other countries in the world economy,many enterprises go abroad,start investing outward investment by taking various forms.The cluster of outward investment has become more important.It plays an increasingly important role in the development strategy of "going out" in China.The SME have lack of their own strength in the process of "going out",if they take the way of "cluster" of outward investment,they can better achieve their own value in the host country and show their advantage of the SME cluster.In theory,the outward investment by SME clusters has become an important way for SME "going out",and it is the embodiment of SME to play their own advantages in the international area.But in the reality SME cluster of outward investment in what Specific mode to realize,from the theoretical advantage into practical ability,this model has become the solution of SME cluster of outward investment in specific ways,it is badly in need of considering the issue.To solve this problem,this paper starts from the existing outward investment model of cluster,finds out their advantages and disadvantages and sets up a new model to solve the problem of outward investment in SME clusters.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant theories of SME cluster foreign investment,expounds the reality of the cluster foreign investment,and analyzes the existing initial imperfect investment modes of the clusters.As it has existing SME clusters foreign investament mode,and analyzes the foreign hypermarket model and overseas economic and trade cooperation zone,points out the defects,including the mode of foreign hypermarket is the main mode of single function,has not formed a complete value chain,while the mode of overseas economic and trade cooperation is the main contact mechanism is not perfect at the end of the value chain.For this,it puts forward a new set of SME clusters foreign investment mode,in accordance with the "cluster" of foreign investment of the definition,connotation,subject,characteristics and function and structure of SME and it forms three new mode in the "cluster" of foreign investment,the three new forms are trading of the "cluster" of foreign investment mode,industry type "cluster" foreign investment model and comprehensive "cluster" of foreign investment mode.This paper argues that the construction of SME "cluster" foreign investment mode needs theoretical guidance and practice of continuous innovation,constantly sum up the new model,to find the actual SME "cluster" foreign investment mode.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of international,national,local,social and enterprise level,and provides solutions for the realization of this model.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is that SME needs to play the role of the cluster in the process of outward investment in SME;The SME only adopt the mode of the "cluster"outward investment,it can take advantage of the cluster advantages and effects of outward investment;In the way to actualize foreign investment of SME,it needs to find a mode,this mode requires constant innovation to adapt to the host country requirements,better play to the cluster of foreign investment of SME mode;the SME cluster of three new types of construction is to solve the SME cluster foreign investment from attempt,it is an effective way to solve the cluster of SME going out to outward investment. |
