Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Guizhou Minority Area

Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the first hundred-year goal that China is about to complete,and it is an important step for the Chinese nation to rejuvenate the Chinese dream.Relatively speaking to the whole country,Guizhou is a weak region with the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.In particular,the poverty-stricken population in ethnic minority areas has a large base and a deep poverty.It is under pressure to synchronize with the people of the whole country in a comprehensive well-off society.Since the 18 th National Congress,Guizhou has regarded poverty alleviation and development as the “first livelihood project”,implemented the precise poverty alleviation policy,and achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation.At the same time,the poverty-stricken areas in ethnic minority areas are more complicated.There are many difficulties and problems in poverty-stricken areas,which have affected the progress of poverty alleviation.The poverty base and the incidence of poverty are still large,and the task of getting rid of poverty is arduous.This paper takes the precision poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas as the research object,summarizes the experiences and lessons since the implementation of precise poverty alleviation in minority areas,focuses on the difficulties and problems encountered in the precise poverty alleviation,and deeply ponders the battle to win the fight against poverty.The first part of this article describes the strategy of precision poverty alleviation and its significance.Accurate poverty alleviation is the basic strategy of poverty alleviation and development in China in the new era.It is related to the poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation as scheduled.The thesis briefly reviews the precise poverty alleviation strategy from the theoretical basis,main content and significance of precision poverty alleviation.The second part of this paper outlines the poverty situation and the effect of poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas.On the basis of analyzing the poverty situation and the distribution of poverty population in Guizhou minority areas,this paper sorts out the main measures and means of implementing preferential poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas in recent years,and summarizes the major achievements since the implementation of precision poverty alleviation.The third part of this paper focuses on the difficult problems encountered in the implementation of precise poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas,and analyzes the objective economic foundation,comprehensive cultural quality and natural resource endowment encountered in the precise poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas.The basic difficulties also analyzed the difficult problems in the work of poverty alleviation information control,industrial poverty alleviation chain,financial precision poverty alleviation,ex situ poverty alleviation,and e-commerce poverty alleviation in the precise poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas.The fourth part of this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to win the battle against poverty in Guizhou minority areas.Aiming at the difficult problems of precision poverty alleviation in Guizhou minority areas,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects: implementing the working mechanism,building the foundation for poverty alleviation,implementing the “Fuzhi” project,and cultivating the characteristic industry.
