| The family ranch is the main body of the new-type agriculture in China, which is the basic approach and important measure of the furtherance of agricultural modernization. In 2013, the central file allotted by the Chinese government proposed that the state supports the transformation of the new object of the rural land contract to the professional large family, the family ranch and the farmer specialized cooperatives. Significantly, it is the first time that the concept of family ranch appeared in the file. In recent years, the development of the family ranch has experienced a rapid growth in China.However, the definition of family ranch is quite different in different places because the family ranch is a new mode of operation that has never been attempted before. Coupled with the impact of the incomplete publicity and enforcement, which caused many problems that farmers and others related to the development of family ranch must face, especially in the implementation of the Agricultural subsidy policy,this problem has influenced directly the expansion and development of the grain-produce family ranch. This paper takes Zhuji city as an example, exploring new agricultural subsidy policy for giving assistance to the growth of family ranch, anticipating to provide references for decision making about improving the effect of the implementation of agricultural subsidy policy and promoting the healthy development of grain-produce family ranch.In this paper, a questionnaire survey of family farmers,relevant personnel forum and a collection of the secondary data have been used. Based on the research data of main status of the development of grain-produce family farms, implementation and assessment of the subsidy policy in Zhuji, analysis of the impact of agricultural subsidy policy on the income of grain-produce family farms, the yield and profit per hectare, acreage under cultivation, agricultural machinery purchase behavior and other related aspects.The research of the thesis holds that the agricultural subsidy policy currently held feasible by most ranch owners and dividend revenue have become an important source of income for family ranch, but with the increase in production elements such as pesticides, fertilizer, and wage of employees, the effect of the current grain subsidy policy has already shown a weakening tendency. The influence of agricultural dividend policy on unit area revenue is relatively obvious, but there is no obvious influence on growth area, main factors influencing the growth area include stable rice income and the difficulty of land transfer. Farming machine purchase dividend also has relatively conspicuous influence on the mechanizing of farming tools, and positive influence on prompting the ranch owners making the correct decision. Scale rice growing dividend threshold policy is adopted, which is helpful to make the rice growing extensive and intensive, pushing forward the moderate scale of land operation, so as to increase the market competitiveness of rice family ranch.Based on the above research result and the problems in the carrying out of grain subsidy policy,the following measures and suggestions are raised: First, the force of family ranch dividend should be strengthened, ensuring the revenue of family ranch operators; Secondly, subsidy policy system prompting the transfer of land should be publicized, to upgrade the scale of rice production ; Thirdly,the dividend policy system on public farming tools should be constructed to ensure the stability of rice growth; Fourthly, supporting policy on family ranch should be clarified, and invest more dividend in family ranch, prompting the development of rice ranch; Fifth, development of rice produce material materials market should be stabilized to construct dynamic adjustment mechanism of standard; Sixth,rice dividend policy and the lowest price of purchasing rice should be linked, ensuring dividend policy implementation performance systematically. |
