Research On The Evaluation Of Economic Development Indicators In Guizhou Province

In the context of changing the mode of our nation's economic development,Guizhou Province,"thirteen five" plan to achieve scientific development,catch up with other wealthy provinces,achieve a new leap forward.Based on the current situation of Guizhou Province,this paper expounds the necessity of evaluating the economic development of Guizhou Province on the basis of the domestic and international research,combining with the theory of economic development mode and the future economic development.And then constructs the index system to carry on the comprehensive appraisal to the economic development of Guizhou province.The index system builds twenty-two sub-indexes of economic growth,social demand,industrial structure,scientific and technological progress,resource environment,urban and rural structure and people's livelihood.As 2007 is the country formally proposed to change the mode of economic development of the year,so this paper selected in Guizhou Province in 2007 to 2015,nine years of relevant data.Through the processing of the index data,the improved CRITIC method is used to evaluate the economic growth of Guizhou Province,and the index score for horizontal and vertical analysis is obtained.The conclusion is: the overall evaluation of Guizhou Province economic development indicators evaluation scores continue to increase,indicating that Guizhou Province,rapid economic development.From the seven aspects of the selection,the development of economic and social aspects of Guizhou Province has also made significant progress,especially in improving people's lives,speeding up scientific and technological progress and optimize the industrial structure,the effectiveness of significant,but there are still some problems in the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Such as urban-rural income gap is large,these problems have had a negative impact on economic development.Finally,based on the evaluation results,combined with the current situation of economic development in Guizhou Province,from the expansion of domestic demand,optimize the industrial structure,improve technological innovation,adjust the energy structure,narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,improve the social security system,promote low-carbon economic development,to put forward the policy of further development of the economy in Guizhou Province.
