As the rapid development of world economy, an increasingly competitive market, enterprises are faced with technical innovation, cost control, management changes and other challenges. More and more enterprises begin to consider from a strategic perspective of human resource management. Human resources management strategy elements added later, greatly boosting the strategic goals of the enterprise process. Performance management is the core of human resource management, therefore, the enterprise’s strategic objectives and performance management system linked with the organic is very important.At the same time, with the extent of the real estate industry, growing competition, the real estate business is also urgent need to strengthen their own performance management. setting up a scientific, comprehensive and effective performance evaluation index system is the focus of performance assessment, but also to protect their sustainable and stable development of the important pillars.Liaoning HD Company had early starting in private real estate companies.
