In order to survive in the rapid development of economy,enterprises have to face the fierce competition within the industry.In recent years,talent has become an important capital of the development of enterprises and a key factor in the success of business operations.It was also because of this,the fierce competition between enterprises has caused a large number of talents flow.For talent out more,and less flow into the enterprise,it is equivalent to the brain drain of negative problems.Therefore,only if enterprises have sufficient talents,can they get fast healthy development.S enterprise is a production-oriented state-owned enterprise in Shizuishan city.The production technology-based nature of the company determines the situation that the enterprise is in need of middle-level managers who can manage and give full play to the talent advantage,technology-based employees who have considerable professional knowledge and certain working experience and hard-working ordinary employees.Through the investigation and research and literature analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation and the causes of the brain drain from the perspective of human resources management,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to absorb and stabilize the talents.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,the author briefly describes the social background,significance,thinking lines,content,and research methods of the research project.The second part is the literature review,and the author expounds the existing domestic and foreign theories and concepts related to this article.The third part clarifies the basic situation of S enterprise,human resources management and the problem of the brain drain.The fourth part is detailed investigation and analysis of the brain drain in layers in S enterprise.The fifth part is the control strategy research,the author proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions from the incentive point of view.The sixth part is the research conclusion.Through the study of the brain drain problem of S enterprise,the author finds some problems in this research,and puts forward the direction of follow-up research.Ultimately,the author hopes to help S enterprise use talents well and retain talents,so as to promote the development of enterprises in a better way.
