WITh the rapid development of IT industry, IT enterprises have played more and more role in economic development.As the high technology enterprises, IT enterprises have promoted much development in many fields,such as economic,social,and cultural life,which have become the key means to foster the human cultural progress the characteristic of IT determines that the IT talents are important for IT enterprises.The IT talents are the key human capITal in enterprises,the key technicians who control the core technology,so how to motivate them in order to display their potential is very crucial.However,our country is facing the problem of serious brain drain,which may result from many factors.The international environment for IT industry,IT employees'problems and so on.Yet,management,especially,the human resource management problems is the essence among that.Based on the problem,this paper proposes the thought of IT career management in our IT company career management theory & contents,and the current problem in human resource management of our IT company.Further,this paper explores the establishment of IT talents management system.This paper combines the practice and the tradITional theories,bring forward the suITable employee motivation system.And this paper insists that the first thing is people orientation,then is the usage of many effective motivation methods,so we can increase the enthusiasm,and create more wealth for the corporate and society.Also there always has the precondITion conduction and extension;we need different solution for different problems.And hope this paper can do something for the motivation of electronic commercial enterprises.
