The modern enterprise management of human resources is becoming more and more important role,as an important part of human resource management,salary management is an important role to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,improve staff performance,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,the effective salary management can attract and retain a good quality,and competitive staff team in the increasingly fierce competition for talent in the knowledge economy.It is essential and very important to enterprise's survival and development that has salary incentive mechanism which is matching enterprise strategic target,which is also very important to stabilize and attract talents for the arrival of the era human resource management has become Strategic incentive managementThis paper takes Ningbo S company as an example,through the questionnaire survey and interviews with employees,we collect relevant data the salary incentive mechanism of S supervision company,and through the analysis of these data,we summarize the salary incentive mechanism of S supervision company.at the same time we analysis the incentive reform of the system intending to take which is to cope with changes in the market supervision company.We optimize the salary system of S supervision company based on the problems reflected in the survey process of s supervision company compensation incentive mechanism,such as the unreasonable salary structure,to the core staff lack of long-term incentive,salary and performance out of touch and so on,According to the principle of internal equity,external competition principle,the principle of economic principle and the combination of long and short period.The optimized compensation incentive mechanism can meet the multiple needs of employees,enhance the incentive,which also meet the needs of enterprise human resource management,at the same time,,also has a reference to other supervision companies in Ningbo...
