The state-owned enterprise is an important part of the national economy,plays an important role in China's economic development,and the performance evaluation system of state-owned enterprises is an important means of management of state-owned enterprises.The objective evaluation of managers of state-owned enterprise performance,can provide effective information to the enterprise stakeholders to make scientific decision,improve enterprise management ability and gain greater economic benefits,form their own core competitiveness.The traditional financial index evaluation on the performance of the managers is not in accord with the characteristics and requirements of modern enterprises,therefore,how to scientifically and effectively to the enterprise managers' performance evaluation,has become the enterprise management In this context,it is of great practical significance to explore and study the performance evaluation system of state-owned enterprisesThe enterprise managers' performance evaluation theory as the theoretical background of the research,the actual situation of enterprises and the general theory of the organic combination of the main study in this paper is the performance of the operator of state-owned enterprise evaluation system,according to the domestic and international literature review,research on the current situation of the enterprise managers' performance evaluation are summarized and described the course of development the operator performance evaluation system of state-owned enterprises in China,points out the problems existing in the present researches.Secondly,the evaluation system for case analysis,selection of state owned enterprise T as an example,through the strategic development of T state-owned enterprises currently operating conditions,and governance,The performance appraisal system and incentive situation analysis and research that the deficiency of T enterprise manager performance evaluation system,and the deficiencies are analysed,put forward reasonable suggestions on the performance evaluation of T enterprise operators.Finally,research on the operator of state-owned enterprise performance evaluation is summarized,aiming at the disadvantages of the the performance evaluation of state-owned enterprise operators to put forward some suggestions.
