Employee performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management,a scientific and reasonable employee performance appraisal will greatly stimulate the staffs enthusiasm,but also conducive to the formation of mutual help,coordinated the work of a good atmosphere,thus contributing to the overall efficiency of human resource management improved.Establish a scientific and reasonable employee performance appraisal system,to determine the indicators and standards of performance appraisal,and through the implementation of appropriate measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal is to improve employee motivation,and enhance the important part of cohesion,solidarity and combat effectiveness.The human resource management of coal chemical enterprise in china,particularly in performance appraisal,use the tranditional method at present.The content of performance appraisal for the Middle-Level Management Personnel of the of DaMei_Coal Industry Company include writing a work report,democratic evaluation and individual discussion.With the development of company,the appraisal method reveals some limitation,so it is necessary to set a whole performance appraisal system fiting for the campany.Based on the theory of performance appraisal,Study the status and problem of Middle-Level Management Personnel Performance appraisal of the of DaMei_Coal Industry Company by the method of document summarizing and investigation analysis.It found that there are some problems with performance appraisal of Middle-Level Management Personnel,for example,the executives can not realize the value of performance appraisal,objective can not decompose correctly.On the base of reason analysis,post a set of proposed performance appraisal program for Middle-Level management personnel,include the objective,principle and method of appraisal.The conclusion have a positive reference for the norms and enhance of company's human resources management,while have a certain reference value for other companies in the same industry.
