The rapid development of the industry in the period of manufacturing enterprises need to establish and perfect its own characteristics,and can be very good on the performance appraisal management system.This paper takes GJ Company as an example,system analysis and optimization and upgrading of the original performance management system,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also for other companies reference outline reference.Based on the theory of performance management and performance management system and technology,expounds the department performance management as one of the core content of human resource management in manufacturing enterprise management importance.Based on summarizing relevant theories and analysis of department performance management process,combined with the enterprise macro strategic planning,analyzes the present situation of the performance management system GJ from GJ Company.The company headquarters,the manufacturing sector,with three levels of staff,department performance management system in-depth analysis,pointed out that the implementation of the performance management of department design,the problems and defects existing in the application,and then puts forward the GJ Company manufacturing performance Management system design,mainly includes the optimization principle of department performance management assessment classification,department performance plan,part of application of performance appraisal results.At the same time,this paper also put forward the measures and suggestions for assisting the implementation of performance management system from the organization and human resources management guarantee of mechanism in the overall performance,create the enterprise performance management environment,soft environment,human resources and other aspects of the improvement system,put forward a series of feasible measures and supporting scheme.
