The organization has lots of needs to be satisfied while it survives in the fierce competition environment.One of which is the suitable candidate is ready to fill the key vacancy of the organization,in order to ensure the continuation of the competitiveness of the organization.As a 3rd party foreign testing organization,ITS confronts an increasingly grim export market and an increasing intra-industry competition.It is important to solve the loss and the succession of reserve cadres,so that the organization development can be effectively extended and the overall competitiveness can be enhanced.Based on the systematic review and summary of the general theory and application analysis of the Succession Planning,with ITS as the object,first of all,the internal and external environment are analyzed in detail in the design process,including the industry,the development of the company business and human resources.Then,based on the current development situation and existing problem,introducing advanced leadership model and utilizing performance management and employee career development with the development of the organization?The design of Succession Planning is focused on the rational use of scientific tools and details of operation flow.Finally a new Succession Planning is designed with flexible management strategy which adapt to the change of the organization.In the implementation of the plan,using a variety of tools and forms,ITS's organizational structure,internal management and technical staff are evaluated and sorted.And the personnel joining the plan are trained.At last,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve and perfect the problems in the process of implementation,so as to lay a solid foundation for the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.At the same time,I also hope that through this program in the pilot implementation of ITS,provides useful reference for similar enterprises in the development of reserve talents management.
