Research On Marketing Strategy Of High-tech Enterprises

Strategy is an important decision,planning and tactics of enterprise development direction,speed and quality,development perspective as well as development ability over a period of time,which can help to guide the long-term direction of enterprise development,define development goals,specify development perspectives,and determine development capacity.The real purpose of the strategy is to solve the problem of enterprise development to achieve a rapid,healthy and sustainable development.Currently,strategy theory and methodology have been accepted and adopted by many enterprises,which is becoming a widely-used strategic theory.Taking KF Company as an example and the entrepreneurial high-tech industry as a research object,this thesis conducts a research about high-tech enterprises and their related strategic issues,which has a certain universality and can improve related strategic theories so as to explore a strategic model for these high-tech enterprises and provide a theoretical foundation for this entrepreneurial high-tech industry in the future.The research draws the following three conclusions: First,core technology is necessary for high-tech industry.With core technology,enterprises can carry out the extension work,such as developing strategies.Second,it is very important to consider equipment and upstream industries when doing site selection.It is supposed to select someplace with complete supporting facilities and strong division.The support of local government should also be considered.Third,the development of high-tech enterprises can live without the support of national policies and local government.
