Zhejiang HZ Company Industrial Equipment Maintenance New E-commerce Platform Model Research

Along with the development of Internet,especially the popularization of mobile devices,more and more traditional industries have determined to develop their own e-commerce modes.Though in a huge potential market,due to the long-period separation between industrial equipment and service,the repair service for industrial equipment has neither been paid enough attention,nor basic standard or regulation.Seeking for reform to e-commerce(platform),many domestic enterprises are thinking about how to forge a proper commercial mode under specialty of the industry.Based on the analysis on the 4.5WEIKES project case,combining with the characteristics of repair service for industrial equipment,applying relevant commercial mode theories,and focusing on market and pain spot analysis,platform strategy orientation,platform elements design,operation planning,and other aspects,this paper makes a design research on the e-commerce platform mode of repair service for industrial equipment.On the basis of analyzing the customers' demand and the products' features,the paper introduces an idea of how to satisfy customers' demand,increase technicians' income,integrate repair,maintenance,technique,fitting,and service of industrial equipment,combine traditional e-commerce platform mode and vertical mode,develop proper platform modes for repair service for industrial equipment,promote the win-win amongst interested parties of the whole industrial chain,and finally propel the development of industrial enterprises.The conclusion of the study will provide practical suggestion for the e-commerce development of other traditional service industries,and give inspiration to the development of other domestic repair service industries.
