S company,founded in 1989,is the key leading enterprise of the national agricultural industrialization management and the key project of "vegetable basket" in Shenzhen.The core business of the company is to invest and manage the wholesale market of agricultural products,agricultural production,processing,packaging,storage and transportation,wholesale and auction,direct selling,chain retail business,import and export trade,logistics and distribution,etc.It has formed the industrial system and circulation model which meets the requirements of agricultural industrialization in China at present.This paper will be on the background of 2008,analyzes S company's internal and external environment of agricultural products as the background,through the use of PESTEL,Potter's five forces model and stakeholder model from macroand micro analysis of the external environment,combined with the company's internal resources,and finally use the SWOT matrix to analyze how to bulid the Internet+ strategy,and achieved through many years of strategic achievement analysis,finally puts forward some rationalization proposals.The first chapter of this article is the introduction part.The second chapter of this paper is to research related theory(Internet plus strategic management theory and related research and strategic tools).The third chapter I will use PESTEL,Potter's five force model and stakeholder model to analyze the external environment from macro,medium and microcosmic by collecting information.The fourth chapter is a brief introduction to the development process of the company,the problems encountered and the analysis of the internal resources of the company,from two aspects of tangible and intangible resources.In the fifth chapter,we use the theory of SWOT matrix to get the theoretical strategy that should be chosen.The sixth chapter is about the choice of company strategy and the way to ensure the implementation of strategy.The seventh chapter evaluates the effect after years of implementation of the strategy and according to the latest relevant "Internet plus" knowledge,put forward reasonable suggestions.The eighth chapter is the conclusion part.This paper will be based on the dilemma that S company is facing a continuous increase in profits in 2008.From the company's internal and external environment analysis to the strategic choice,finally,we will analyze the effect of its implementation so far,and finally put forward the rationalization proposals combined with Internet technology.The strategic formulation process in this paper has a reference function for other enterprises.Finally,the rationalization proposals put forward are practical for S agricultural products companies or other enterprises.It can solve the current problems of the enterprise.
