Public sector performance evaluation has always been a hot issue at home and abroad,the People's Bank of Xi'an branch management department as the People's Bank in Xi'an set up branches,with the financial system reform and the adjustment of central bank functions,the performance appraisal system The management department is of great significance to the reform of the financial system and the function of the central bank.This paper begins with the research status of domestic and foreign research of performance appraisal,and expounds the relevant knowledge theory of performance appraisal,and analyzes the applicability and advantages and disadvantages of various commonly used performance appraisal methods.Secondly,it points out that the current performance appraisal of the People's Bank of Xi'an Branch of the People's Bank of China is not clear,the examination result is unreasonable,the evaluation index and the weight setting are unscientific,the system is not perfect,and the analysis of these The specific causes of the problem,objectively put forward the need for the implementation of the performance appraisal system.Thirdly,the 360-degree feedback method and the target management method,which are commonly used in the modern enterprise performance management,are closely integrated with the actual management department,and a performance appraisal system is designed,including the purpose sand principle of the performance appraisal,the object of performance appraisal and Subject,assessment cycle,assessment indicators set,for different indicators to take a different performance appraisal methods,as well as the results of performance feedback feedback and results.Finally,it analyzes the main factors that restrict the implementation of the performance appraisal scheme of the unit,and puts forward the measures to guarantee the implementation.This paper not only provides a new way of thinking and methods for the performance evaluation of the Bank of Xi'an Branch of the People's Bank of China,but also further enhances the scientific and standardized level of the performance appraisal of the branches of the People's Bank of China by studying the performance appraisal system of the People's Bank of Xi'an Branch Has a certain guiding significance,while the other public sector design performance appraisal system has a certain reference value.
