The people's bank of China is the central bank of China,an organizational department under the state council,and it's responsible for the monitoring and regulation of the national economy and finance,the importance of its performance is self-evident.In recent years,as employees improve grassroots central bank started their performance and their own ability to increasingly apparent mismatch between the contradictions,how to establish scientific and reasonable,fair and effective performance evaluation system,strengthen the basic line of front-line staff performance appraisal,excavate its potential,to improve the work efficiency,and construction quality excellent cadres and to promote grassroots line efficiently sulk,maintain steady development of local economy,central bank of China to become an important research topic.Taking the XY branch of the people's bank of China as an example,this paper adopts the research thinking of putting forward problems--analyzing problems--putting forward countermeasures and Suggestions.First,the research on the theories and methods of performance evaluation and its status quo,on the basis of analysis in this paper,the through comprehensive use of personal interviews and questionnaire survey method,is introduced in the XY branch front-line staff performance appraisal system present situation,lists the main problems of performance evaluation system,summarizes the problems caused by the adverse effects,and further analyze the front-line staff performance appraisal system causes of the problems;Secondly,combined with the relatively mature practice experience and research theory of performance appraisal at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the improvement plan of the performance appraisal system of XY branch front-line employees.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the new performance appraisal system,relevant implementation plans and safeguard measures are proposed.Through the analysis and research,this article aims to build a suitable and XY branch front-line employees performance appraisal system,and makes the evaluation system more practical and operational,thus more conducive to performance evaluation incentive,mobilize the XY branch front-line staff work enthusiasm,improve work efficiency,improve the XY branch in executing a good job performance,better serving local economic,financial and in order to provide useful reference for the research on the pedestrian performance appraisal at the grass-roots level.
