With the rapid development of China's economy and the fast integration into the pace of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises also face the unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The competition between enterprises is no longer just about the competition of traditional cost and technology,but gradually has transformed into the competition of business management level,and the competition of talents eventually.Human resources management,whose core is performance management,is playing a more and more important role in enterprise management.Through establishing a scientific,fair and reasonable performance management and assessment system,it is conducive to motivate staff effectively,to enable employees to achieve performance goals,and ultimately to ensure the achievement of organizational performance goals.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of HT company as the research object,and try to make analysis and study of the problems existing in its performance appraisal system combining the relevant theories of performance management and evaluation.And the thesis try to perfect the performance appraise system from aspects of setting up performance index,designing the behavior evaluation system based on the competency model and establishing effective performance feedback mechanism,make the scheme design from guarantee of organization,personnel and mechanism,and explore the countermeasures which is of practical guidance meaning to the current situation of the enterprise.The scheme has a very important practical significance for HT to improve and perfect management and to achieve the strategic goal of becoming the industry-leading enterprise,meanwhile,it will also provide reference of improving performance appraisal system for the manufacturing enterprises.
