In recent years,"puts forward the development strategy of The Belt and Road" conforms to the development requirements of the times and the world vision,provide inclusive platform for the further development of economic globalization and regional integration.Though adhering to the principle of co construction and sharing,competition among enterprises is inevitable.Therefore,enterprises have realized that human resource management is the key to ensure competitiveness of enterprises.As an effective management tool,performance appraisal is the core content of enterprise management.It can help enterprises achieve major strategic goals and help employees achieve continuous improvement.Therefore,the importance of performance appraisal is highlighted in business management.S company is a productive enterprise which gathers product research,development,production and marketing,the main products are sugar free,low sugar food raw materials and food additives.With the improvement of people's living standard and the enhancement of healthy eating concept,low sugar and sugar free foods are more and more popular.But with the transformation of the expansion of business scale,the problems are gradually exposed.The original performance appraisal program has not complied with the requirements of the development of enterprises,the development targets,then design a set of more scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system to encourage employees of S company is a pressing matter of the moment.This paper,taking S company as the research object,makes an in-depth analysis of the human resource status of S company.According to the human resource status of S company and the theory of human resource related,the current performance evaluation scheme is systematically analyzed.It is found that there are many problems in the current performance assessment of S company by means of collecting questionnaire,interviewing and making statistic of the past performance assessment data.For example,there is a lack of assessment indicators related to corporate strategic planning,unreasonable setting of performance appraisal process,lack of communication and feedback links,especially lack of scientific evaluation index design.In view of the above problems,this paper improves the performance appraisal plan of S company.Based on the company's strategic objectives,it identifies the responsibilities of each post,and uses the key performance indicators to determine the performance evaluation indicators of the enterprise level,departmental level and staff level.Recombing the assessment subjects and assessment process,introducing communication and performance feedback links,highlighting the application of the assessment results,ensuring the seriousness of performance appraisal,matching the performance appraisal guarantee measures,and improving the new performance appraisal program.In the process of practice,the assessment helps S company solve the related problems of performance appraisal,promote the employee's career development,and further enhance the core competitiveness of the company.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,it can provide some reference for the design of the performance assessment scheme ofsmall and medium production enterprises in China.
