At present,the situation of China’s food problem is still grim,rely on agriculture to accelerate the expansion of varieties,new varieties of rice to improve the yield and quality of rice,one of the ways to improve economic benefit.As a new breed of rice,farmers’ behavior directly affects the promotion of new varieties of rice.Based on the survey data of 380 households in Xiaogan City,this paper analyzes the willingness and influencing factors of new rice varieties by using Logistic model.Research shows that gender,age,degree of education,whether to participate in the new agricultural technology training,farmers have a spirit of adventure,the rice planting income in total household income,the proportion of rice planting area,whether to start a family farm,whether or not to join the farmer cooperatives,whether agricultural technology demonstration households,whether the government attaches great importance to regional rice brand construction,government whether the development of order agriculture,government propaganda,whether the new varieties of rice new varieties,new varieties of subsidies expected income and other farmers planting new varieties demonstration effect on New Rice Varieties with significant influence,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions:(a)to strengthen the promotion of training and promotion of agricultural technology;(two)strengthen brand development,enhance the market competitiveness of the products;(three)the development of order agriculture,to further consolidate the food Industrial base;(four)to further promote the development of new agricultural business;(five)to play a demonstration effect of new varieties cultivation;(six)to strengthen and improve the new variety of subsidy policy.
