After nearly 30 years of reform and opening up,China’s economic development made remarkable achievements,China’s private economy had a rapid growth,private enterprises from small to large scale,from weak to strong,from the low production technology Industry expanded to high-tech industries,the development of China’s private enterprises,forcing China’s private enterprises to strengthen corporate culture,and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the vitality of enterprises.China’s private enterprise culture research will have practical significance.In this paper,"private enterprise culture research",on the basis of summary of the existing domestic and foreign corporate culture research achieveents,conducting on-site research of private enterprises in Xiangyang City,On the combination of practice and theory,Through a lot of discussion and analysis,summary and thinking,comparison and selection,through the study of current social environment,providing reference for the Long-term and Stable Development of Private Enterprises about culture consructionThe framework of this paper is divided into four aspects:First,the basic theory.This paper expounds the basic connotation,structure and function of culture and enterprise culture.At the same time,it clarifies the concept of private enterprise culture and the function and characteristic of the private enterprise culture.Finally,the paper analyzes the characteristics of private enterprise culture.And explores the mechanism of private enterprise culture,and analyzes the relationship between private enterprise culture and enterprise behavior.Second,summarize our private enterprises and cultural development process,analysis of the current stage of China’s private enterprises and private enterprise culture construction problems.Third,it discusses the content of the construction of private enterprise culture,points out several principles that should be paid attention to in the construction of private enterprise culture,and emphasizes on the strategic importance of cultural construction,emphasizing individuality and putting people first.The paper puts forward some suggestions on the external environment of corporate culture construction.Fourth,from the four aspects of spiritual culture,material culture,behavior culture and system culture,the concrete measures and the whole process of the private enterprise culture are discussed,and it has strong feasibility and maneuverability.
