Analysis Of Improving Core Competitive Force And Research On Promotion Measures Of Ningxia Coal Exploration Engineering Company

Faced with increasingly fierce market competition,enterprise can achieve more economic benefits only by enhancing their core competence continually.The core competence of an enterprise is not inherent but takes into shape through all kind of innovation and accumulation as well as conscious cultivation during survival and development process.How to dig,maintain and improve core competence is an urgent issue for enterprises in the face of the severe economic situation at current.Taking Ningxia Coal Exploration&Engineering Company as an example,the article analyzes the features and composition of core competence at first;then it studies and analyzes the problems and the competitive environment the company is confronted with;at last it puts forward relative targeted countermeasures for improving the core competence of the company.With the use of normative research methods,the thesis concludes that the core competence that geological exploration units must have is composed of the following elements after analysis:first,the enterprise culture that forms during the development of the enterprise;second,the overall technical strength for development of the enterprise;third,the operating and management ability for development of the enterprise.Ningxia Coal Exploration&Engineering Company is faced with problems including weak innovation ability,a single industrial structure and insufficient cultural construction etc;meanwhile it has to rise up to the situation that the entire exploration market shrinks sharply.Under such a severe situation,Ningxia Coal Exploration&Engineering Company must strengthen talent team construction,increase science and technology input,enhance its management ability and level,improve its management system and establish excellent enterprise culture which is equipped with the features as a geological exploration unit if it wants to realize effective enhancement of its core competence;in the meanwhile it shall advocate"Go Out" development strategy in order to respond to the shrinking of domestic geological exploration market.The research findings of the thesis are of important theoretical significance and realistic value for geological exploration units to enhance their core competence.
