Social development practice shows that the job burnout,as an inevitable phenomenon,is bound to cause negative effects for the work and health of the social workers.Based on this,thepaper intends to make empirical analysis on the job burnout status and production,the influence factors,and put forward countermeasures to relieve job burnout.This paper has important theoretical and practical significancefor individuals and organizations.To review and analysis of the job burnout theory at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the job burnout current situation and burnout negative impact for the staff in A bank customer service center.At the same time,on the basis of qualitative research,the paper also makes the quantitative analysis on the job burnout.The analysis results show that,according to the scorings of theemotional exhaustion and the cynicism,the burnout degree of A bank customer service staff in Tianjin is lowerin the two dimension.The scoring of the reduced professional efficacy shows,in this dimension,the burnout degree of A bank customer service staff in Tianjin ishigher.According to the actual situation of A bank customer service center in Tianjin,the paper puts forward to improve the pressure management,improve the performance management and reasonable planning career prospects.
