The construction performance audit plays a very important role in the management of a large-scale construction,especially the performance audit of the large-scale construction supply chain,has a crucial role in the overall goals of this system.However,different from the general construction performance audit,the performance audit of the large-scale construction supply chain relates to the complexity characteristics of a large-scale construction,such as multi-principal,multi-stage,multi-target,high-tech,socio-economic,environmental,etc.It particularly concerns the complex representation of the resources,information flow,capital flow,goods flow,and workflow,in the construction supply chain system.Therefore,how to implement the operation and management of the large-scale construction supply chain,according to the characteristics and principal relationships of the general contracting in the construction full life cycle;how to build the performance audit system model of the large-scale construction from the perspective of the overall performance,and the complex characteristics;how to apply the performance audit system relying on the practice of construction,and how to research the incentive mechanisms of performance audit according to the computational experimental method,to improve the construction supply chain performance fundamentally and achieve the interaction of theoretical research and practical application,have very important theoretical and practical significance.In summary,the research on the performance audit of large-scale construction supply chain in the general contracting mode,consider the multi-principal,multi-objective,multi-stage and complex environment of the large-scale construction supply chain,is very necessary and valuable.Firstly,this thesis,around the complexity of the large-scale construction supply chain,builds a system model of the large-scale construction supply chain in the general contracting mode and the operational framework,according to the complexity characteristics,multi-stage,multi-principal,multi-objective,in the construction full life cycle.Secondly,this thesis,starting from the concept of performance audit of the large-scale construction supply chain,studies performance audit index system of the large-scale construction supply chain in the general contraction mode;and uses the Delphi expert survey to analysis the index weight.Then,this thesis builds a performance audit system model of the supply chain.Thirdly,this thesis,combined with the practice of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,analysis the general contracting mode of this bridge,and applies the performance audit system model.Finally,this thesis studies the incentive problems of the performance audit system.From the practice of construction and management,it refines and abstracts the performance audit incentive mechanism and the behavioral strategies of the main principal,and builds a computational experiment model of the performance audit incentive mechanism.Then,it can explain the failure of the incentive strategies in the reality construction management by the simulation of the computational experiment artificial system model,and propound the performance audit incentive strategies of the large-scale construction supply chain.In summary,the above shows that the problem of this thesis,the research theory,the research methods and the implementation techniques are effective to achieve the unity of theory,technology and practice.
