| Supply chain management can improve the efficiency of the construction industry and enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises. Efficient and stable partnership of enterprises is critical for supply chain enterprises to acquire lasting competitive advantage. Therefore, the research on partnership is important for construction supply chain management. Relevant theories about construction supply chain management are introduced then the definition of construction supply chain partnership was given from a general contractor perspective. The elements of construction supply chain partnership are analyzed and an evaluation indictors system is established. Methods for selecting construction supply chain partners are analyzed and a model based on grey correlation is proposed for selecting partners. The concept of entropy is used for determining the indicator weight, avoiding the subjective influence. A partner motivation and supervision model is established based on principal-agent theory. A fuzzy multicriteria risk assessment model is established and construction supply chain partnering risk assessment and prevention measures are analyzed, based on which risk prevention measures are proposed. Finally, trust mechanism of construction supply chain partnering is discussed. This research provides theoretical guide for implementing construction supply chain management and helps to enhance the construction management efficiency and effectiveness.
