In recent years,China's domestic beverage industry has grown in strength,but in the rapid development of the back,also accompanied by many problems.In the rapid development of enterprises at the same time,due to the internal management has not been synchronized development,resulting in low efficiency of the enterprise operation,waste of raw material resources,the company's customer service level and so on.Therefore,in the competitive market environment,the company use the supply chain management thinking,to improve the internal operation plan,to achieve internal and external system,the unification is imperative.Tianjin Wahaha in the process of rapid development,is also facing this problem,urgently needed by improved enterprise supply chain operation plan,improve enterprise competitiveness.In this paper,we introduce the company of Tianjin Wahaha current development situation,analyzes the problems faced by the enterprise operating plan and the main reason,based on proposed improved and perfected the main objective of the supply chain operation plan and implementation of specific strategies to improve.In this paper,SCOR model,through the information system tools,to re build the company's supply chain management plan of the specific organizational structure,the formation of a standardized process model.At the same time,before and after the test run,made a comparative analysis of the results of the operation.Through the research shows that the implementation of effective supply chain operation plan to improve the operating conditions of the company,improve macro control ability,improve the company's operating conditions,improve the efficiency of the production plant,improve customer service levels,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises has important significance.
