Stydy On Communication Of Security Personnel Between Production Personnel In Si Tai Coal Mine Of DaTong Coal Group Based On The Theory Of The Role

Safety production is the first task of coal production,and coal production staff and security personnel in the safety of production plays an important role,especially the production staff and security personnel communication has an important impact on the safety of production.Practice has proved that security personnel and production staff communication management mismanagement,poor communication,easy to produce various types of security risks,and even lead to security incidents.Therefore,based on the role of the theory of coal production staff and security personnel communication management,not only for enterprise safety production has important application value,but also enriched the safety management theory.This paper chooses the non-parametric data of the four coal mines in the same coal group from 2014 to 2015,and uses the cross analysis and nonparametric test method to analyze the monthly illegal data,Found that the communication problem is an important factor in the increase in corporate irregularities.Based on the theory of role theory,this paper interviews and questionnaires the internal production personnel and security personnel of the four coal mines of Tongmei Group.Through statistical analysis,young people in the young group of young people cognitive orientation of the existence of bias,the habit of simple and rude communication methods and fine penalties;Security personnel will be located in the production staff if there is no supervision,production staff will opportunistic and then produce security risks;while the production staff for the degree of recognition of the regulatory and its feedback is positively related.Production staff that security personnel only supervision,not to provide help;Data analysis also found that the production staff for the degree of recognition of the regulatory and its feedback information is positively related to the production staff that should be based on the actual production safety needs to modify some of the rules and regulations,with the increase in the degree of education to modify the sense of identity stronger.Part of the young security personnel awareness and communication,can not be resolved in time security risks.Part of the production staff to form a benefit,the mistrust of the security personnel to implement the surface to deal with the confrontation approach.To this end,enterprises should focus on the young security personnel on the cognitive and communication on the training,respect for the production staff and improve the way of communication,enterprises should design and began to communicate cultural construction.
